Dr. Benson attended two of the most highly esteemed schools in the country for her profession. She obtained her Bachelors at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. After undergrad, she attended one of the 4-year credentialed Naturopathic medical schools, Bastyr University, where she received a doctorate of naturopathic medicine.
Dr. Benson has helped many people over the past 5 years since she graduated, and specializes in treating fatigue, allergies, depression, hormone imbalance, head injuries, and GI illness. Naturopathic medicine has something to offer for all health conditions, and Dr. Benson strongly believes in the effectiveness of her care.

Dr. Meager received his Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree at Bastyr University, one of the nation’s leading natural medicine universities. Dr. Meager is a Colorado native and a resident of Glenwood Springs. He was awarded the Bastyr Founders award for excellence in community service for his endeavors on student council. He helped to expand the effective.

It is Tricia's mission to help people to experience energy, vitality, and optimal health while also supporting the environment through sustainable, healthy food production. She has always believed that under the right conditions the body can and will heal itself. For Tricia the right conditions focus on diet. She strongly believes that many of the chronic diseases and conditions that we face today can be prevented and treated successfully through diet, nutrition and other natural forms of health care.
